Account & Data Deletion — DeltaSchool

You can request deletion of your DeltaSchool account and associated personal data at any time, whether or not you still have the app installed.
How to Request Deletion
Email us at: deltacorelabs@outlook.com
Please include:
- Your full name
- Your role (Admin / Faculty / Student / Parent)
- The name of your School
- Your registered phone number or admission/employee code (to help us locate your account)
If the request is made by a parent/guardian on behalf of a student, please also confirm your relationship to the student.
What Gets Deleted
Upon a verified request, we will delete or anonymize:
- Your login credentials and profile information (name, contact details, photo)
- Your device push-notification token
What Is Retained, and Why
Some records cannot be deleted immediately, even upon request, because of legal, financial, and record-keeping obligations that apply to Schools in India:

These records will be retained in an access-restricted form even after your account is deleted, but will no longer be linked to an active, usable login. If you have concerns about a specific record, mention it in your deletion request and we will explain the applicable retention basis.
Timeline
We will process and confirm your deletion request within a reasonable time, and no later than the timeframe required under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act, 2023).
School-Level Deletion
If your entire School discontinues use of DeltaSchool, the School Admin may request full School data export and deletion by contacting us at the email above. This is handled as a separate School-level offboarding process to ensure all enrolled students' and staff data is properly exported for the School's own records before deletion.
